A: As much as we would like to help with pairing roommates, we also know that retreats are very personal, private experiences. We encourage you to share this page with friends or family who may be ready to write a new chapter in their lives too. Your comfort and safety matter and we want you to have the time and space you need to truly feel transformed.
Q: What are the exact dates of the retreat and how do I get to the location?
A: The exact dates of the retreat are Wednesday, July 31st to Sunday, August 4th, 2024. The retreat will officially start at 18h00 on Wednesday and end at 16h00 on Sunday. If you are flying in, we recommend flying into Geneva airport, taking a direct train from the airport to Sierre/Siders, and then a funicular to Montana Station. From there, you will find free buses to take you to the meeting point. Once you reserve your space in the retreat, you will receive an email from the hotel explaining the different options you have to access the hotel (either by foot, gondolas or by Chetzeron‘s free pick-up service depending on the time of day, you will be asked to pick one.)
Q: Do I need travel insurance?
A: Yes. We highly recommend medical and travel insurance if coming from abroad which includes trip cancellation and medical coverage. Be sure to read the fine print and COVID-19 policies as every policy can greatly differ from travel insurance which includes trip cancellation and medical coverage.
Q: What is the weather like?
A: In Crans Montana in the summer you can expect an average where highs are around 69.7°F (20.9°C) and lows rarely drop below 50.6°F (10.3°C) at night.
Q: What do I pack?
A: Make sure to pack comfortable clothing for meditation sessions, sports clothes for yoga and a hike, some good hiking shoes, and casual day and night clothing. We recommend bringing layers and warm clothes for the evenings.
Q: What safety measures are in place regarding COVID-19?
A: We prioritize the health and safety of our participants and staff, and we adhere to all local health guidelines and regulations regarding COVID-19. Our retreat venue and activities are designed to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all attendees.
